Dear Madam or Sir,

The Organizing Committee has the honour to invite you to the 45rd Annual General Meeting of European Brain and Behaviour Society (EBBS) which will be held at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University Munich, September 6-9, 2013 in Munich, GERMANY.

The Meeting expects to attract more than 600 scientists and will constitute a very important international scientific event for European Neuroscience. Researchers will have the unique opportunity to discuss latest research and development issues and experiences on different aspects of Neuroscience. The EBBS Meeting will focus on the relationships between brain and behaviour in health and disease. In their research, the members of EBBS use a variety of methodological approaches, ranging from techniques of cellular and molecular biology, to neuropsychopharmacology, behavioural neuroscience, electrophysiology, and brain imaging.

The Meeting will host a commercial and equipment exhibition, which will remain open during the whole duration of the Meeting. As the exhibition will definitely be the major attraction of the delegates and the focal point of the event, we encourage you to participate in it.

Apart from the exhibition, the attached document contains detailed sponsorship information on the available options to help you make the choice that best suits your company profile and financial capabilities. All the sponsors and exhibitors can have their banner and webpage links in the Meeting web: http://www.ebbs2013.com/sponsors.php from October 2012 until September 2013.

We will be happy to receive your notice of participation in the meeting, believing that it is a great opportunity for your company to present your products and trusting that many of the technical issues to be discussed will meet your interest as well.

With kind regards,

Mathias Schmidt, Chair of the Local Committee
